Dr. Colby Lovelace, D.C.
Dr. Colby Lovelace, D.C., was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and from an early age exhibited a passion for sports. This passion continued into his formative years at Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas, Texas, where Dr. Lovelace was a two-sport athlete, captaining both the football and soccer teams.
After graduating from Bishop Lynch, Dr. Lovelace attended Oklahoma State University and began to shift his focus from competing to keeping his fellow athletes on the field, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in the field of Nutritional Science in 2010. This background has provided Dr. Lovelace the ability to focus on what his clients use to fuel their bodies and provide the nutritional advice to keep his clients performing at a high level.
After graduating from Oklahoma State, Dr. Lovelace returned to Dallas and began his postgraduate studies at the Parker University College of Chiropractic. It was at Parker that Dr. Lovelace developed his education regarding soft tissue injuries and movement dysfunctions common amongst most athletes and the methods through which to treat them, graduating with a second Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness in 2013 and a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2014. In 2014, Dr. Lovelace opened Lovelace Chiropractic and Sports Rehab with a goal to work with athletes of all ages and fitness levels and aid them in achieving their athletic goals.
Since opening the clinic Dr. Lovelace has worked in several roles with teams ranging from collegiate to professional. He has worked as the team chiropractor for the University of Texas at Dallas Athletics, The Dallas Marshal professional indoor football team, The Allen Ice Angels, The Dallas Sidekicks professional indoor soccer team and the Grand Prairie Airhogs minor league baseball team.
Whether it be finishing a 5K, receiving an athletic scholarship, or treating a chronic injury, Lovelace Chiropractic and Sports Rehab strives to help athletes in any stage of their training and
