Who we treat?

Our patients come from all walks of life—ranging from individuals simply wanting to move better and feel their best, to professional athletes focused on optimizing performance and recovery. Whether you’re managing pain, healing from an injury, or striving to improve mobility, we tailor each treatment plan to meet your unique goals.

Common conditions we treat include:

  • Sports injuries (concussions, sprains, strains, shoulder or ankle pain)
  • Post-surgical Recovery
  • Performance enhancement and mobility training
  • Overuse and repetitive strain injuries
  • Auto accident Injuries
  • Low back and neck pain
  • Disc injuries and sciatica

Our clinic primarily utilizes hands-on chiropractic adjustments to help improve mobility and relieve pain. Every patient is different, so if you respond better to a specific technique, just let the doctor know—we’ll tailor your care to what works best for you.

Most conditions involve a combination of joint and muscle dysfunction, which is why we integrate multiple therapies for more effective results. Through chiropractic adjustments, we restore proper joint movement, while soft tissue therapy targets muscle tension and imbalance. Patients typically notice with this comprehensive approach feel betting sooner, a faster recover and longer-lasting results than with a single therapy alone

At Lovelace Chiropractic and Sports Rehab, we value open communication between patients and Dr. Lovelace. You’re encouraged to ask questions even outside of your scheduled appointments, whether it’s about supplements, exercises, or stretches reviewed during your visit—or anything you may have forgotten to clarify. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported and confident throughout your recovery process.

We value honesty and clarity when it comes to your care. That’s why we discuss pricing and treatment options upfront—before your first visit—so you can decide what works best for you.

After your initial appointment, we’ll review your plan and go over any follow-up visits or therapies before scheduling. You can rest easy knowing you’ll never get a bill after you leave our office.

Can’t make it to the clinic during our normal hours?

Our house call service makes it easy to get the care you need—right in the comfort of your home, at a time that works for you.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Every patient’s care is goal-oriented and customized, addressing their specific needs and challenges to help them achieve lasting results

What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive treatment performed inside a sealed chamber, during session patients breath an elevated  concentration of oxygen at increased atmospheric pressure. This environment allows your body to absorb and deliver more oxygen to your blood, cells, blood plasma, and other vital fluids. The result is enhanced healing, reduced inflammation, and faster recovery for injured or oxygen-deprived tissues.

At the essence of HBOT. The increase in oxygenation accelerates the bodies natural healing abilities. Positive benefits have been shown in research in the following areas:

  • Accelerated recovery from acute and chronic injuries
  • Reduction in inflammation and swelling
  • Improved healing of brain tissues following a tbi (concussion and other brain injuries)
  • Improved immune function
  • Improved healing following surgical procedures (decrease in swelling, bruising and risk of infection)
  • Increase in collagen production
  • Improved circulation

More information about specific conditions and the benefit of HBOT can be found at the International Hyperbaric Associations website.

While Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is generally safe, certain individuals should be cleared by a physician or avoid treatment altogether. These include:

  • Patients with untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
  • Pregnant women (must obtain clearance from their doctor)
  • Those with recent ear surgery, active ear infections, or difficulty equalizing ear pressure
  • Individuals with specific heart conditions without physician approval

Patient safety is our top priority. We are proud to be one of the few clinics in the area that can say the following:

  • Uses only FDA-certified Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers
  • All Staff are trained through the International Board of Undersea Medicine (IBUM) program, ensuring strict adherence to safety and research protocols

At our clinic, we take pride in listening to our patients and creating customized treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals.

  • For chronic conditions like autoimmune disorders, fatigue, and tissue damage, 20–40 HBOT sessions may be recommended for optimal healing.
  • Acute injuries, including concussions or post-surgical recovery (such as ACL repair, joint replacement, or cosmetic procedures), often require fewer sessions.
  • Many clients also choose HBOT for wellness and recovery, coming in once or twice a month to boost oxygen levels and support overall health.
  • Our experienced team will guide you every step of the way to ensure a personalized and effective treatment plan.

A typical Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session lasts approximately 70 minutes.

This includes 60 minutes at the prescribed treatment pressure, with the remaining time allocated for gentle pressurization and depressurization to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

HBOT is generally very safe, and side effects are uncommon at the pressures we use. Patients may occasionally notice:

  • Slight ear pressure or discomfort
  • Temporary changes in vision after a session.

We offer in-home HBOT chamber rentals servicing the DFW metroplex

Allowing patients who are on larger treatment protocols or with busy schedules to stay on track with their therapy.

This service removes the need for travel and enables patients to receive effective treatments from the comfort and convenience of home.

  • Soreness shortly after treatment
  • Minor bleeding when the needle is removed

The Cleveland clinic has shown a positive benefit for the following conditions and the use of dry needling

  • Joint issues,
  • Tendinitis
  • Migraines
  • Tension headaches
  • Over use injuries
  • Musculoskeletal pain
  • Decreases in ranges of motion
  • Whiplash
What is Kinetisense?

Kinetisense is a cutting-edge 3D motion capture and movement assessment system that delivers real-time biofeedback to patients and practitioners.

This technology has been utilized by professional athletic organizations to help identify movement dysfunction and risk factors for injuries

Every patient gets a base line assessment to help identify underlying causes of their dysfunctions.

It’s never a bad idea to start with a baseline movement assessment. Whether you’re new to fitness or a professional athlete, knowing how your body moves and where you can improve is key. With baseline data, we can monitor progress and adjust treatments or training programs to make sure you’re achieving the best results.

Professional and athletic organizations rely on Kinetisense to monitor athlete performance and reduce injury risk. Athletes are usually evaluated pre-season, mid-season, and after the season to determine areas that need work.

In a clinical environment, we assess patients more often to track improvements and ensure treatments are effective.

Corporate Wellness

We created our Corporate Wellness Program to support local businesses and their employees.

Many companies face challenges like high insurance costs, job-related pain, and workplace injuries that reduce productivity.

Our program helps teams feel better, move better, and perform better—both on and off the job.

Every partnership begins with a conversation. We start by speaking with the person or team responsible for finding solutions to workforce challenges—whether that’s rising insurance costs, workplace injuries, or other productivity concerns.

From there, we develop a customized corporate wellness strategy tailored to your company’s needs.

Reach out today to schedule a discovery call—we’d love to learn more about your organization and how we can help support a healthier, more productive team.

Depending on the challenges your company is facing, our solutions may include movement assessments and employee education on proper lifting mechanics to reduce injury risk, lunch-and-learn sessions focused on nutrition, or on-site pop-up events designed to relieve aches and pains.

We’ve successfully implemented these and other wellness initiatives for companies across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.

Each organization’s program is customized to its specific needs, challenges, and available resources to ensure meaningful and lasting results.
